The purpose of this course held in collaboration with AIV is the introduction to the VR world, with particular attention to the implementation of interactions in VR to create step-by-step instructions useful to teach the worker the exact sequence to be used.
Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) training is one of the most interesting field for VR applications. The benefits can be multiple: better awareness of workplace risks, creating safer workplaces, improved worker productivity, a realistic perspective during training simulation.
Virtual reality creates awareness in a way you can never do with conventional classroom or online training. Workers feel it, while exposed to different risks (without putting them in danger) so they become more intuitively aware of those situations.
